Biography:

Basel AlAklouk was born in Damascus Syria in 1973 and currently resides in Gaza City. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Annajah University in Nablus and earned a Master’s degree in the same field in 2019 from the University of Alexandria- Egypt.

His style ranges between surrealism, expressionism and symbolism in innvovative ways  and he has participated in several personal and joint exhibitions locally, regionally and internationally. His artwork is featured in multiple Palestinian embassies and Bank of Palestine collection.
